When they return to the office and are able to scan and properly scale the drawings, their assumptions have been incorrect in a few critical areas, and ultimately nothing they had discussed with the clients can actually be used. There aren't any dimensions on it, and you cannot use a traditional scale to measure itĤ - The 2 hour meeting is then spent based on estimates and assumptions about dimensions.
